Ingredients
- 2 5-oz cans (2 145-gram cans) Flake white tuna packed in water
- ½ cup (125 grams) mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- ¼ cup finely diced celery
- 2 tablespoons finely diced red onion
- 1 tablespoon dill relish or diced dill pickles
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Drain tuna from water very well.
- In a bowl, combine tuna with mayonnaise, dijon mustard, celery, red onion, relish or diced dill pickle, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Stir to combine. Enjoy right away, or store in the refridgerator.
