Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 5-oz cans (2 145-gram cans) Flake white tuna packed in water
  • ½ cup (125 grams) mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup finely diced celery
  • 2 tablespoons finely diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon dill relish or diced dill pickles
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Drain tuna from water very well.
  2. In a bowl, combine tuna with mayonnaise, dijon mustard, celery, red onion, relish or diced dill pickle, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Stir to combine. Enjoy right away, or store in the refridgerator.
