- 2 Tbsp Curd
- 2 Tbsp Fried Onions
- 1 Tsp Poppy Seeds
- 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1/4th Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- Pinch Of Turmeric Powder
- 1/4th Tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/4th Tsp Green Cardamom Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
- 1 Tsp Mustard Oil
- Salt
- 250 gms Boneless Chicken
Instructions
- In a bowl take Curd, Fried Onions, Poppy Seeds, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Pinch Of Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Green Cardamom Powder, Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Mustard Oil And Salt. Mix everything well.
- Marinate 250gms Boneless Chicken with the above prepared Masalas. Cover and keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Arrange the marinated Chicken on the skewers. Spray Oil on the pan and Cook for about 2-3 minutes on medium flame for both the sides, until the chicken is well done.
- Later remove the pan and cook directly over the flame for some time.
- Tender and Juicy Chicken Bihari Kebabs are ready to serve with Green Chutney.
