Ingredients
- 2 avocado
- 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
- ½ red chilli, finely chopped
- ½ lime, juice
- 4 beef burgers
- 1 drizzle olive oil
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices red onion, for each burger
- 4 slices large tomoato, for each burger
- 4 sprinkles grated cheddar, for each burger
Instructions
- Chop 2 avocados into small cubes and stir through 2tbsp finely chopped coriander, ½ finely chopped red chilli and the juice of ½ lime.
- Drizzle 4 beef burgers with olive oil, pop them on the barbecue for 10-12 mins, or until cooked, turning now and then.
- Pile the salsa on top of the burgers in sesame seed buns with a slice of red onion, tomato, lettuce and a sprinkling of grated cheddar.
