Beef Burger with Chunky Avocado Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 avocado
  • 2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
  • ½ red chilli, finely chopped
  • ½ lime, juice
  • 4 beef burgers
  • 1 drizzle olive oil
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices red onion, for each burger
  • 4 slices large tomoato, for each burger
  • 4 sprinkles grated cheddar, for each burger

Instructions

  1. Chop 2 avocados into small cubes and stir through 2tbsp finely chopped coriander, ½ finely chopped red chilli and the juice of ½ lime.
  2. Drizzle 4 beef burgers with olive oil, pop them on the barbecue for 10-12 mins, or until cooked, turning now and then.
  3. Pile the salsa on top of the burgers in sesame seed buns with a slice of red onion, tomato, lettuce and a sprinkling of grated cheddar.
