Bisquick Blueberry Muffins

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups Original Bisquick mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (thawed and drained)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Line 12 regular-size muffin cups with paper liners. Alternatively, you can grease the bottom of each cup with butter or vegetable oil.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients (except for the blueberries), just until moistened.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries. Divide the mixture evenly into 12 muffin cups.
  5. Bake for 13 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown.
