Black Bean & Quinoa Snack Bowl

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup quinoa(40 g), cooked
  • ¼ cup black beans(40 g)
  • ¼ cup red onion(35 g), diced
  • 2 tablespoons corn
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Mix until combined and serve.
