- 8oz (225g) halloumi block sliced into ½ inch slices
- olive oil spray
To Serve
- pita bread
- tomatoes sliced
- cucumber sliced
- olives
- fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Slice halloumi cheese into ½ inch thick slices.
- Grease the grill grates and light the grill.
- Grill the slices of halloumi for 3 minutes on the first side without touching them. Then flip and grill for 3 more minutes to get beautiful grill marks on both sides.
- Serve with fresh sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and fresh mint leaves. If you like, drizzle with olive oil and fresh black pepper.
