Mexican Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups 1-inch pineapple pieces
  • 1½ cups 1-inch watermelon pieces
  • 1½ cups 1-inch melon pieces
  • lime juiced
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • 1 teaspoon chili lime seasoning/tajin optional
  • Fresh mint leaves optional, for garnish

Instructions

  1. To a large bowl, place all of the fruit, and add lime juice, honey, and chili seasoning.
  2. Give everything a good toss, and serve in a bowl or hollowed-out pineapple halves.
  3. Garnish with additional chili lime seasoning if desired, and fresh mint leaves.
