Ingredients:
- 1 kg beef bolar blade
- 6 cups Beef Style Liquid Stock
- 1 lettuce shredded
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 taco shells
Instructions:
- Place the beef in a slow cooker with beef stock.
- Cook on low for 12 hours.
- When cooked, stir with a fork to shred the meat.
- Place meat in base of taco shell, add lettuce, tomato and top with grated cheese.
- Add hot sauce if desired.
